The Sandstone Heritage Trust was one of the original founder members of Steam in Action. Over the last 2-3 years support from our other founder members has dwindled and the Sandstone Heritage Trust found themselves funding the support and communication expenses. We think this was worthwhile but we have decided to move on. Arrangements have been entered into with the Heritage Rail Association of South Africa, whose details appear below:

to continue to communicate with Steam in Action members. The Sandstone Heritage Trust will however retain copies of all previous newsletters and SIA communications as a service to SIA members and in support of the Steam Railway community.
