When the present owners purchased the farm in 1996 they found a treasure trove of old agricultural machinery which had been in use on the farm for generations. Agricultural heritage, specifically tractors, was thus the starting point of the Sandstone Heritage collection. We have since purchased most of the items which form the backbone of our very significant Agricultural Heritage programme, and have over 300 vintage tractors of which approximately 100 are fully operational. This is complimented by a wide variety of farm implements as well as a superb collection of Harvesters – which date back from a horse drawn Reaper from the mid-1880’s to a wide variety of combine harvesters up to the present date.
